At Taos Footwear, we want you to love your shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. We provide a straightforward process for returns and exchanges to ensure you find your perfect fit with absolute confidence.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

    Print Your Label

    Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Shoes

    Place the unworn footwear back in its original shoebox and secure it inside a shipping carton, then attach the prepaid label to the outside.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
